No offer, no relationship until it is agreed

Nothing on this site creates a lending relationship or an obligation on us to arrange anything. Sending an enquiry does not make us your broker. That begins when we say in writing that we are acting for you, on terms you have seen.

What you send us

Send only information you are entitled to send, and send it accurately. Do not use this site to submit anything unlawful, anything belonging to somebody else without their permission, or anything designed to interfere with the site. We may decline any enquiry without giving a reason.

Accuracy

We keep the site accurate and current as best we can, but lending markets move. Figures, products and terms described here can be out of date by the time you read them and are not warranted. The page we stand behind is the disclosures page.

Where this site links elsewhere, we do not control that site and are not responsible for it or for anything on it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Solid Funding is not liable for loss arising from reliance on this site or from its being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Our material

The text, design, logo and the mark You Are Never A Loan belong to Solid Funding. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of the State of New York, and the courts of New York State have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed.
