This notice covers this website. It is written to be read rather than to be survived, and it describes what actually happens rather than everything that might one day.

What this site collects

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your phone number and email address, the property or market, the amount you are after, your timing, how many deals you have done, whether you hold an LLC, and whatever you write in the message box. Nothing is collected from you unless you fill the form in and press send.

This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising or analytics scripts, and does not track you across other websites. There is nothing here to opt out of.

Why, and who sees it

We use it to answer you about your enquiry and to work on the financing if you ask us to. It is read by the people at Solid Funding working on your deal, and it is stored in the system we run the business on. If you ask us to take your deal to lenders, the details needed to do that go to the lenders we approach — that is the point of the enquiry, and we will tell you who we are approaching.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not pass it to anybody for their own marketing.

What we will not ask for here

Do not send a Social Security number, a date of birth, a driving licence, a bank account number or a card number through this form or by email. We will never ask you to. When a lender needs those, they are collected on a secure channel we will point you to.

How long we keep it

An enquiry that becomes a loan is kept with that loan’s records for as long as the law and the lender require. An enquiry that goes nowhere is kept so we recognise you if you come back, and is deleted on request.

Having it removed

Write to Deals@solidfundings.com and ask what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it, and we will tell you when it is done. Where a record must be kept because a loan was made, we will say which record and why.

Children

This site is for people financing investment property. It is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be described here rather than slipped in.
